Josh Buckland is one of our Managing Directors of Navigate Interiors, bringing more than 14 years’ experience as a licensed plumber and licensed builder. With a strong background in renovations, property and design-led construction, Josh understands how to bring practical workmanship and refined design together in a way that feels considered, durable and tailored to each home.
Josh is also a proud member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and a committee board member. His industry experience has seen him become a regular judge for the HIA Bathroom & Kitchen of the Year Awards, giving him a strong understanding of what sets a well-planned renovation apart.
A Personal Standard For Better Renovations
Josh’s passion for premium bathroom renovations started close to home. After seeing his grandparents pay a premium price for a basic bathroom and laundry renovation with poor workmanship and materials, he knew the industry could do better.
While his grandparents were happy with the finished result, Josh could see where quality, design and value had been missed. That experience helped shape his approach to renovations today. He believes Perth homeowners deserve spaces that not only look beautiful, but are built properly, function well and stand the test of time.
