This project held so much promise but fell short due to a lack of true quality and design. The family had trusted a local company with the work, only to face endless delays and results that failed to capture the warmth and character they had hoped for. That experience left an impression on Josh and planted the seeds for something transformative.
Determined to bring a better standard to the industry, Josh teamed up with his friend Adam Corfias, both committed to reshaping the renovation experience. Josh is a licensed plumber and builder, as well as a proud committee board member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA). His expertise and dedication have earned him a spot as a regular judge for the HIA Bathroom & Kitchen of the Year Awards.
